This is a bill to quiet title. Complainant claims under a tax deed from the tax collector of Irvington, dated September 30th, 1909. A sale of the property for unpaid taxes was held on or about February 11th, 1909, under the provisions of an act entitled “An act concerning the settlement and collection of arrearages of unpaid taxes, etc., in towns, townships, boroughs and other municipalities,” etc. P.
