MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ELAINE E. BUCKLO, District Judge.

Plaintiff has sued the Village of Schaumburg, two individually identified police officers, and one individually identified paramedic asserting claims pursuant to 42 *1066U.S.C. § 1983 for unlawful entry, unlawful seizure, and excessive force, and state law claims ior battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Now before me is defendants’ motion for summary judgment on all of these claims, which I grant for the reasons that follow.
