— Appeals from judgments of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered January 9, 1980 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioners’ applications, in two proceedings pursuant to CPLR article 78, to direct respondents to approve the reallocation of positions within the division of parole. Petitioner Sherman is a senior parole officer and petitioner Boyle is a parole officer and president of the Parole Officers Association of the State of New York.
