{¶ 1} The above cause is before this court pursuant to a writ of mandamus to compel two Warren County Common Pleas Court judges to vacate orders sealing *276certain records in the criminal case of State v. Veillette, Warren C.P. No. 08 CR 24789, and to make the records available for inspection and copying in accordance with R.C. 149.43, Ohio’s Public Records Act.
