Matson B. Hill and Jean Patterson Hill (referred to herein as plaintiffs) filed their complaint against the defendant building corporation and other defendants, seeking removal of alleged clouds on their title in fee simple, particularly praying for the cancellation of a certain ninety-nine-year lease, certain assignments thereof, certain trust deeds, judgments and mechanics’ liens burdening the leasehold estate, and for general relief.
