Appellants, Plastic Enterprises (“Plastic”) and Hartford Insurance Company (“Hartford”), appeal an award granted to Plastic’s employee Sharon Bloss in her worker’s compensation claim against the company. The administrative law judge (“ALJ”) granted Ms. Bloss the award on April 1, 1999, and it was upheld on an appeal to the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”).
