The question in this case rests upon the meaning and effect to be given to the provisions of § 629 of the General Statutes, Rev. of 1888. These proceedings are incidental to an attempt to charge the administratrix with the personalty of the estate of her intestate left in her hands after the settlement of her administration account, in the same manner as though she had not, since the settlement, in fact parted with the property to those who at the time were at least equitably entitled to it.
