The first proposition presented is that the court below erred in, overruling the demurrer to the first count of the complaint as amended. An examination of count 1 discloses that the pleader did not attempt to set out the printed circular in full. The count avers that “the said printed circular being in part as follows.” This allegation is followed by several excerpts or selected paragraphs of the circular complained of.
