Plaintiff Bernard White alleges that Defendants Pacifica Foundation — his former employer — and Stephen M. Brown — a board member for a local radio station owned by Pacifica — discriminated against him because of his race, and then retaliated against him for complaining about the discrimination, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981 et seq.
