Anthony Thompson, plaintiff-appellant, appeals a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting a motion for summary judgment in favor of Margarette Ghee, defendant-appellee.

Appellant is confined at the Chillicothe Correctional Institution. While he was confined, a panel of the Ohio Adult Parole Authority (“OAPA”) granted appellant parole on or after July 27, 1998, contingent upon his completing a counseling program.
