HUTCHESON, District Judge.

Tbe warrant as to Julian Rodriguez is based upon tbe following findings: That be was a person likely to become a public charge at tbe time of bis entry into tbe United States; that be has been convicted of, or admits having committed, a felony or other crime, or misdemean- or involving moral turpitude, prior to entry into tbe United States, to wit, adultery; and that be imported, or attempted to import, a person for an immoral purpose.
