Plaintiff Barbara Farris appeals from a judgment of the District Court affirming the Secretary’s final decision to deny her Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Benefits under 42 U.S.C. § 1381 et seq. After three prior denials, Mrs. Farris filed the application at issue here on March 22,1982, alleging that she became disabled on November 20, 1981, due to seizure disorders and headaches.
