On September 17, 1934, the prosecuting attorney filed a petition in the first division of the Pulaski Circuit Court alleging that a building known as the Old Heidelhurg Inn, on the Conway Pike, operated by Ernest Sullivan as a roadhouse, was a nuisance in that intoxicating liquors were sold, on the premises in violation of the law. The prayer was for the abatement of the nuisance by restraining the operators and closing the place.
