SIMPSON, Justice.

The appeal in this case proceeded from a decree of the lower court overruling the *576motions of the respective appellants to dissolve a temporary injunction theretofore issued against them.

The appellees are minority stockholders of Emergency Aid Insurance Company, a life insurance corporation qualified to do business in Alabama, with principal offices in Elba.
