I. INTRODUCTION

This case comes before the court on plaintiffs’ renewed motion for attorneys’ fees, ECF No. 208. Over ten years ago, plaintiffs filed claims for failure to pay overtime wages in violation of the Fair-Labor Standards Act and Maryland state law. In 2014, a jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiffs, finding that their employers were not exempt from the requirement to pay overtime under either the administrative or professional exemptions of the FLSA.
