BARRY, Judge.

Carl Dengel appeals a judgment in favor of Hibernia National Bank in his suit under the Louisiana Consumer Credit Law [LCCL] for a refund of overcharges, penalties and attorney’s fees.

BACKGROUND

On September 16, 1980 Dengel signed a $130,656.00 promissory note and disclosure statement as required by the Federal Truth-In-Lending Act (15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq.) and Regulation Z (12 C.F.R. § 226.2 b (1980)).
