¶ 1 In this apparent case of first impression, ABC Advisors, Inc. (“ABC”) appeals the September 24, 1999 order of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, granting the motion to coordinate actions filed by Digimatics, Inc. (“Digimatics”).
