I dissent.
Sharon Kay Trudgen and Dale Trudgen were married at Poison, Lake County, Montana, on September 21, 1952. They lived together as husbaud and wife at Poison until March 17, 1955.
There was born to them on October 9, 1953, a daughter, Cheryl Lynn and, on February 25, 1955, a son, Leslie Kent.
On March 17, 1955, the couple separated on which date, Sharon left the home of her husband and, taking the two children with her, went to live at the home of her parents near Poison.
