ORDER ON CONFIRMATION OF VALENCIA FLOUR MILL, LTD.’S PLAN OF REORGANIZATION

THIS MATTER is before the Court on confirmation of Valencia Flour Mill, Ltd.’s Plan of Reorganization (“Plan”). Creditor Beal Service Corporation a/k/a LPP Mortgage Limited (“Beal”) was the only party to object to the Plan. The Court held a final hearing on the Plan on July 18, 2006 and took the matter under advisement.
