LEEDY, J

This is an original proceeding in the nature of quo warranto brought by the Attorney General, at the relation of. the City of Trenton, to oust respondent, and to exclude it “from all rights, privileges and franchises of furnishing electric light and power within the city, ” and “from all rights, privileges and franchises of occupying the streets, avenues and alleys of said city ... with its poles, wires and other electrical equipment. ’ ’
