ANDERSON, Judge:

Mayberry Home appeals the trial judge’s denial of his motion for a directed verdict on the charge of conspiracy to traffic in 100 pounds or more of marijuana. We affirm.

FACTS/PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Appellant was one of seventeen persons indicted by the State Grand Jury for conspiracy to traffic in 100 pounds or more of marijuana, a violation of S.C.Code Ann. § 44-53-370(e)(1)(b) (Supp.1995).
