In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for fraud, breach of contract, and tortious interference with contractual relationships, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ash, J.), dated October 24, 2012, as granted those branches of the defendants’ motion which were pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) to dismiss the first, third, fourth, fifth, seventh, and eleventh through fourteenth causes of action.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
