MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON CONFIRMATION

A confirmation hearing was held in this case on March 14 and 15, 1994. The debtor presented its case in support of confirmation of its plan and the Kansas Public Employees’ Retirement System (KPERS) presented its case in opposition.
