The question as to whether the claim of the bankrupt' here in controversy passed to his trustee in bankruptcy depends upon whether it falls within the provisions of section 70a of the Bankruptcy Act (11 USCA 110 (a), which relates to^ the vesting of the title to the property of the bankrupt in the trustee.
