Appellee-plaintiff brought this negligence action, seeking a recovery of personal injury and property damages resulting from a collision *608between his motorcycle and appellant-defendant’s van. Appellant appeals from the judgment that was entered by the trial court on the jury’s verdict in favor of appellee.
