This case involves the determination of the right to the custody of a boy of fourteen years of age, who is now in court, and, under the circumstances, ought to be disposed of while the minor ■ child is here present. There are many facts in the case which. *257are undisputed, and not many which are disputed. It is conceded by both sides that the complainant, John W.
