Before the court are R.C.P. 56 motions for summary judgment filed by third-party defendants John Daluz, Carmine DeTomasis, Francis Ducharme, Stephen Gibbons, Merle Gorman, Brian Holland, Mary Elizabeth Holland, Joseph Iannelli, Bonnie Lemoine, Robert Rick, and S.
