HILL, Circuit Judge:

In separate cases, each appellant either pleaded guilty or were convicted of possession with intent to distribute or importation of more than 500 grams of cocaine. The *137cases are consolidated because they all raise the issue of the constitutionality of the mandatory minimum sentencing provisions of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act, 21 U.S. C. §§ 960(b)(2)(B) and 841(b)(1)(B). Appellants also raise several issues peculiar to their individual cases. We affirm.
