Kenneth McKenzie, appellant/plaintiff below (hereinafter “Mr. McKenzie”), appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Mineral County that denied his motion for a new trial. This case involved various claims of employment discrimination by Mr. McKenzie against his former employer, Carroll International Corporation (hereinafter “Carroll”), appellee/defendant below. The case was tried before a jury, and a verdict was returned in favor of Carroll.
