James Eggleston was tried by a Stewart County jury and found guilty of felony murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony in connection with Richard Byrd’s death. Following the denial of his motion for new trial, Eggleston appeals, contending only that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to sustain his convictions.
