Upon this review of orders entered February 15, 1957 and April 16, 1957 by the respondent, The Public Service Commission of West Virginia, sometimes herein designated as the commission, the petitioners, English Moving and Storage Company, Inc., Nelson Transfer and Storage Company, Mathews Storage Company, Capitol Transfer and Storage Company, H.
