MEMORANDUM DECISION ON APPLICATION FOR ACCOUNTANT FEES

The application of Irwin-Jackson & Co., an accountancy corporation, (“applicant”) for a final allowance of fees and expenses for services rendered as accountant for the debtor-in-possession came on regularly for hearing on December 16, 1992.
