NOLAND, District Judge.

ENTRY OF VERDICT AND JUDGMENT

This cause came before the Court for trial before a jury on February 17, 1987, during which testimony was given and evidence presented.

The defendant having moved for a directed verdict at the close of all of the evidence, the Court now, having reviewed the evidence, being duly advised in the premises and after due consideration hereby directs a verdict in favor of the defendant Delco Remy Division of General Motors and against the plaintiff, Thomas Tacket.
