— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to review a determination denying tenure to the petitioner and terminating her employment, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered October 23, 1979, which, after a hearing, granted the petition. Judgment reversed, on the law, *669without costs or disbursements, determination confirmed and petition dismissed on the merits.
