hln this claim for workers’ compensation, Claimant appeals the judgment of the office of workers’ compensation’s judge (“OWJ”) that granted summary judgment in favor of Defendants on the issue of whether Claimant was in the course and scope of his employment at the time of his accident. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
