Plaintiff is a member of Plumbers’ Local #51, which operates a union “hiring hall.” She brought this action against the union and two of its officers, alleging four claims: (1) defendants discriminated against her on the basis of sex in a variety of respects, in violation of ORS 659.030(l)(c); (2) they interfered with her prospective economic advantage through their discriminatory job referral practices; (3) they failed to represent her fairly; and (4) they retaliated against her for complaining to federal and state agencies responsible for enforcement of anti-discrimination laws by refusing…
