*794In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Dollard, J.), entered July 10, 2007, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendant third-party plaintiff which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and the defendant third-party plaintiff separately appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of the same order as denied, as academic, that branch of its motion which was for summary judgment on the third-party complaint.
