Affirming.
The Bank was plaintiff below and Joan Leslie defendant. Maud Leslie came in by intervening petition, and is appealing from two judgments, one sustaining an attachment against Joan’s undivided interest in several tracts of land, claimed by intervenor to be her property; the second from an order overruling her motion to set aside the judgment and refusing to permit an amendment.
