| iThis suit arises out of an injury allegedly suffered by an attendee of the “Parade of Homes” tour when she tripped and fell while touring a newly constructed house. The trial court granted a motion for summary judgment in favor of the Home Builders Association of Northwest Louisiana (“HBA”), a sponsor of the Parade of Homes, and its insurer. In conjunction with this ruling, the trial court also granted a motion to strike exhibits filed by the plaintiffs in opposition to the motion for summary judgement. The plaintiffs appeal.
