SULLIVAN, Judge:
A general court-martial at Fort Riley, Kansas, found appellant guilty of rape and forcible sodomy of a 12-year-old female child, and assault on several children, including the victim of the other acts, in violation of Articles 120, 125, and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 920, 925, and 928, respectively. On January 21, 1985, the members of this court-martial sentenced him to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 5 years, forfeiture of $300.00 pay per month for 5 years, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
