In an action to recover damages for personal injury, the defendant *567appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, entered March 18, 1964, which: (a) denied its motions, made at the end of the plaintiff’s case and at the close of the entire case, for dismissal of the complaint, for a directed verdict and for judgment in its favor, and which: (b) denied its motions, made pursuant to CPLR 4401; 4404 (subd.
