DIXON, Chief Justice.
This appeal presents a unique question involving condemnation suits in counties which have more than one County Court at Law.
On January 18, 1957 appellee Texas Turnpike Authority initiated condemnation proceedings pursuant to Art. 3264, V.A.C.S., by filing its statement with Hon. Owen Giles, Judge of County Court of Dallas County at Law No. 1. Judge Giles appointed special commissioners who on April 10, 1957 filed their award with Judge Giles.
