OPINION
BRADFORD, Judge.
The Fort Wayne Patrolmen's Benevolent Association, Inc. ("FWPBA") and Mi-chaeline Jones (collectively, "Appellants") appeal from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of the City of Fort Wayne ("City"). Appellants raise two issues on appeal.
I. Whether Fort Wayne Police Officer Michaeline Jones was injured "while performing her duty" as a police officer pursuant to Indiana Code section 36-8-4-5 (2007) when she was injured as a result of an accident that occurred while she was driving home, after the conclusion of her shift as a police detective, in…
