BRIAN QUINN, Justice.
Ronald Glen Kirby (Kirby) and Glen David Dillard (Dillard) cross appeal from two orders involving the estate left and trust created by Iris Kirby Dillard upon her death. Via three issues, Kirby contends that the trial court erred in 1) finding that certain accounts passed to Dillard and 2) approving Dillard’s accountings of the estate and trust assets.
