The determinative question in this case is one of fact to be gathered from the evidence and legitimate inferences therefrom. That question is whether a certain paper purporting to be the last will and testament of Austin C. Bartles, deceased, who died April 19th, 1938, was properly admitted to probate by the Orphans Court of Hunterdon county. Probate was resisted by caveators as the product of undue influence.
