The Municipal Housing Authority of the City of Utica appeals from an order of the County Court of the County of Oneida, which order dismissed the *189objections to a report of commissioners in condemnation and approved and confirmed the report ^ of such commissioners. The order further directed the payment to the commissioners of certain fees by the property owners in excess of the rate provided for by statute (Condemnation Law, § 14).
