The appellant, Picayune Wood Products Company, a corporation, filed its bill of complaint in the Chancery Court of Pearl River County against the appellee, Alexander Manufacturing Company, a corporation, seeking to reopen an old road, alleged to have been a public road, through a parcel' of land owned and occupied by the appellee lying immediately south of the corporate limits of the Town of Picayune, and on which there was located a manufacturing plant owned and operated by the appellee.
