OPINION
McKEE, Circuit Judge.
Eric L. Leinbach, Esq., represented Gayla Ann Amoroso when she filed for bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court ■ for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 1998. The bankruptcy court sanctioned Leinbach for improper behavior during those proceedings and required him to compensate opposing counsel $5,512.50 for the unnecessary work that resulted from Leinbach’s sanctionable conduct. Lein*45bach appealed the sanction to the district court, which affirmed. He now appeals to us.1 We will also affirm, although we will affirm one of the bankruptcy court’s rulings on…
