A military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted Master Sergeant Timothy L. Merritt, contrary to his pleas, of one specification of wrongfully and knowingly receiving one or more visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct and one specification of wrongfully and knowingly viewing one or more visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934 (2006).
