ORDER ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO TRANSFER VENUE

FOLSOM, District Judge.

Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Transfer Venue. (Doc. No. 5). After considering the Motion, the subsequent briefing thereto, and the applicable law, Defendants’ Motion to Transfer Venue is DENIED.
